The process is quick and simple: You weigh your empty bottle, fill it with what you need, weigh it again, and pay only for the amount you took. Finally, you stick the label on it and you're done! A smart way to save money and reduce plastic.

How to Clean Your Bottle Before Using i-Refill
Rinse with lukewarm water
Fill the bottle halfway with lukewarm water, turn on the pump and shake well. Empty and repeat until no soap residue comes out.
Washing via pump
Refill with lukewarm water and press the pump until it is empty. Repeat until the water comes out clear.
Final rinse
Use boiled water that has cooled for the final rinse to neutralize any microorganisms.
Drying
Let the bottle dry upside down, without the pump, in a clean place.
